LIME: Add 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel to
water when preparing couscous.

MOROCCAN: Add 1/4 cup golden raisins, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4
teaspoon ground turmeric, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin to water when
preparing couscous.

SUN-DRIED TOMATO & GREEN-ONION: Add 1 medium green onion, sliced, and 5
sun-dried tomato halves, chopped, to water when preparing couscous.
