Recipe: Oil-Vinegar Dressing





For 4 Persons

4 tb Oil

2 tb Vinegar

1 ts Sugar
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

3 dr Sesame oil; more or less

1. Combine all ingredients, blending well.

2. Pour over cold vegetables, cold cooked meat or fish.

VARIATION: For the salt and pepper, substitute 1/2 teaspoon powdered
mustard and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
