Recipe: Oats and Honey Buttermilk Bread -Bread Machine
For 12 Persons

1 c Low fat butter milk
1 Egg
3 tb Honey
2 tb Sweet cream butter
1 c Oatmeal
2 3/4 c Bread flour
2 1/2 ts Active baker's yeast
2 ts Salt
1 tb Vital gluten
Add all of the ingredients to the bread pan,set medium crust, white bread
setting
