Recipe: Oatmeal Pudding Cookies
For 1 Persons

1 c Butter or margarine;
-softened
1/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar; packed
1 pk Jello instant Vanilla
-pudding mix, 4 serving size
2 Eggs
1 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
3 1/2 c Quick-cooking oats
1 c Raisins
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar and
pudding mix. Add eggs and beat well. Combine and add flour and baking soda.
Mix well. Stir in oatmeal and raisins (batter will be stiff). Bake on
sprayed cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.
NOTES : Do not double - too much for mixer bowl.
