Recipe: Nectarine-Peach Crisp
For 8 Persons

1 c Flour
1/3 c Granulated sugar
4 tb Butter
1/2 c Walnuts, fruit mixture--
2 lb Ripe peaches
2 lb Ripe nectarines
1 1/2 tb Flour
1 tb Sugar
TOPPING: Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Cut butter into small oieces; mix
into flour by rubbing into flour mixture with fingertips. Add nuts. Preheat
oven to 375~.
FRUIT MIXTURE: Cut fruit in half, peel and cut into slices. Mix with flour
and sugar. Spread peaches in a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle topping over
fruit and bake until fruit is bubbly. Tampa Tribune, 8/93
