Recipe: Navy Bean Mushroom Saute
For 2 Persons

3 oz Mushrooms; sliced
3 oz Onions; sliced
2 tb Safflower oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic; minced
1/2 ts Fresh parsley; chopped
3 oz Navy beans; cooked
3 oz Amaranth; cooked
Saute mushrooms and onions in skillet with safflwoer oil until onions are
translucent. Add salt, garlic and parsley. Combine with navy beans and
amaranth. Mix well and serve warm.
