Recipe: Nam Prik Pow
For 1 Persons

2 lg Green chilies
4 sm Chilies
2 Cloves garlic
2 sm Shallots
1 md Tomato
1 Round eggplant
2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
Wrap first six ingredients in foil and broil until soft. Then place in
mortar and pound into a liquid paste. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
well.
