Recipe: Macaroni with Ham and Cheese





For 8 Persons

4 c Macaroni

2 tb Butter

1 c Cooked ham, julienned

1 c Heavy cream

2 Egg yolks, beaten

1 c Swiss cheese, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni by pkg directions. In large skillet melt butter, saute ham
until brown, abt 2 mins. Add cream and bring to a boil. Remove from heat
and mix in egg yolks. Add grated Swiss cheese and return to low heat. Stir
constantly until the cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Season to taste.
Add macaroni and toss well. Serve.
