Recipe: Macaroni Verde
For 6 Persons

1 tb Olive oil
1 pk Frozen chopped spinach,
-cooked and slightly drained
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 ds Pepper
1/2 ts Salt
2/3 c Low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Dried basil
4 c Cooked macaroni
In a blender, combine all except the pasta. Blend until smooth. Pour over
hot pasta and reheat till hot. (If this seems a bit dry, you can add a
little milk.) Serve sprinkled with some additional parmesan.
