Recipe: Macaroni and Two Cheeses

1 1/2 oz Elbow macaroni; cooked
1/4 c Skim milk
3/4 oz Mozzarella cheese; part skim

-milk, grated
3/4 oz Cheddar cheese; grated

1 ds White pepper

In a medium saucepan combine macaroni, milk, cheese and pepper. Cook over
low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes, until cheeses are melted

NOTES : 11 points per serving
