Recipe: A Nice Drink

1/2 c Lowfat soymilk or ricemilk;

-(fatfree if you live in the

-US)
1/2 c Real cranberry juice

Sweeten with maple syrup to

-taste; (omit if using

-sweetened cranberry

-cocktail).

In my mad rush to finish up everything in my refrigerator before Passover,
I came up with the following in lieu of orange juice this morning:

Lots of vitamin C there, and it just hit the spot.
