Recipe: Lady Sysonby's Creamy Horseradish Sauce

1/2 ts Mustard
1/2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Tarragon vinegar
2 tb Fresh horseradish; grated
2 1/2 fl Duble cream; slightly
-whipped
1 pn Salt
Mix in the ingredients in the order given, stirring in the cream very
lightly. Stand on ice.
