1 c Good mayo

1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 c White vinegar

1 tb Celery seed
1/2 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Salt

1 ts Sugar

1 sm Carrot; shaved with a peeler
1/4 c Onion thinly sliced

8 c Cabbage

Mix the first 7 ingredients with a wisk. Add to the vegetables and toss.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Eat with pulled pork or fish.
