Recipe: Kathy's Chicken Breasts

Chicken breasts
1/4 lb Softened butter

1 Envelope onion soup mix

2 tb Parsley

Flour

Egg

Bread crumbs

Oil

Pound chicken with side of meat mallet until thin. Mix soup, butter &
parsley. Spread on chicken & roll up sides. Secure with picks. Roll in
flour, then in egg, finally roll in crumbs. Heat oil & cook chicken
slowly until golden brown.
