Recipe: Karen's Broccoli-Corn Casserole
For 12 Persons

1 pk (10 Oz) Frozen Chopped
-Broccoli
2 cn Creamed Corn; 15.25 oz
3 c Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix;
-divided
1 cn Creamy Onion Soup; undiluted
8 oz Sour Cream
3 tb Margarine; melted
2 lg Eggs; beaten
1 c (Or Less) Shredded Cheddar
-Cheese, sharp or mild
Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well.
Combine broccoli, creamed corn, 2 cups stuffing mix, soup, sour cream,
margarine, and eggs. Mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-1/2 qt.
casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining cup of
stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until heated
thoroughly.
