Recipe: Kapusniak Ze Swiezej Kapusty (Cabbage Soup)





For 6 Persons

3/4 lb Pork, lean; cut into small

-pieces

1 tb Butter, unsalted

1 cn Beef broth (10 1/2 oz)

1 cn Soup, tomato

2 Soup can of water

4 c Cabbage; shredded
1/2 c Onion; chopped

2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Paprika

1 Bay leaf

1 tb Sherry

Sour Cream

Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cover;
cook over low heat--30 min.; stir often. Serve with spoonsfull of sour
cream. A Balkan stew-soup to make a supper. Origin: A Campbell
