3 c Sugar
2 c Water
3 Inch length vanilla bean cut
-in half lengthwise
4 1/2 tb Instant coffee
1/2 c Cold water
3 c Vodka
1 ts Glycerine
combine sugar,water and vanilla bean in a large sauce pan and boil for 30
minutes. Mix instant coffee with 1/2 cup cold water and add to sugar mix.
Strain 3 times using cheesecloth. Blend strained mix with vodka and
glycerine. Pour into steril dark bottles and store for 1 month. Shake
occasionally.
