5 lb 2-row barley

2 lb 120L caramel malt

2 lb 20L caramel malt

2 lb British crystal

1 lb Wheat malt

1 lb Dextrin

1 lb Roast barley

2 oz Northern Brewer hops (boil
75 Minutes)
1/2 oz Styrian Golding hops (boil
75 Minutes)

1 Bottle

Whitbread ale yeast

Kahlua liquor extract

Mash at 160 degrees F. Add kahlua extract to primary before pitching
yeast.
