Recipe: Jalapeno Colada
For 1 Persons

4 Ice cubes
2 oz Jamaican rum
1 oz Coconut cream
4 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 ts TABASCO jalapeņo sauce
1 sl Pineapple; (optional)
Place ice cubes in blender; add rest of ingredients. Blend until frothy.
Serve in stemmed cocktail or tall, thin glass. Garnish with slice of
pineapple.
