1 Portion Curry Gravy (see

-above)

1 sm Onion, finely chopped

1 Clove garlic, finely chopped

Mustard or vegetable oil

1 lb (450-675g) cooked beef, lamb

-or chicken etc (up to

-1-1/2)

8 oz (225g) cooked vegetable

-(roast or boiled potatoes,

-peas, carrots etc), up to

Salt

1. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil until golden.

2. Add all the other ingredients to the pan. Mix well and heat thoroughly,
over a gentle to medium heat.

Serve with rice, chupattis, naan, pickles or whatever (even plain old bread
is good)
