Recipe: Jack Cheese Fondue





For 1 Persons

2 c Milk

2 c Dry white wine

2 oz Butter
1/4 c Flour or Butter roux

3 tb Corn starch
1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tb Tabasco sauce
1/2 tb Black pepper
1/2 tb Celery salt
1 1/2 lb Sonoma Hot Pepper Jack

1 lb Sonoma Garlic Jack

2 oz Sonoma cheddar

Bring milk to a boil; add flour. Stir constantly. Add wine and corn starch,
stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Keep heat low; cook just
til cheese melts.
