Recipe: Bacon Mushroom and Swiss Meat Loaf





For 1 Persons

1 lb Good quality ground beef
1/2 lb Ground pork

1 sm Onion; finely chopped

1 Egg
1/2 c Corn flake crumbs; ( I used

-bread crumbs)
1/4 c Milk

4 oz Grated swiss cheese

1 cn (4 Oz) mushrooms; drained

3 sl Bacon; chopped

In a large bowl add all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a
baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked through.
