Recipe: Bacon Cheese Quiche
For 1 Persons

4 Eggs
3/4 c Cream
3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Grated cheese
3/4 c Chopped bacon
1 c Packet pastry mix (dry)
1 tb Melted butter
1 Chopped onion
1 ts Chopped parsley
Lightly beat the eggs, then add all other ingredients and beat together.
Place into a large greased pie dish and bake 35-40 minutes at 320 degrees F
(160 degrees C).
