Recipe: Bacon and Pepper Sauce

1/3 lb Bacon

1 Green pepper diced

1 Red pepper diced

1 Onion chopped

2 Cloves garlic chopped
1/3 Stick butter

4 tb Olive oil
10 Plum tomatoes chopped
1/4 c White wine

1 Hot pepper halved and seeded

Salt and pepper to taste

Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion
and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15
min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
