Recipe: Ham and Eggs Au Gratin (Ea)





For 4 Persons

5 tb Butter

5 tb Flour
2 1/2 c Milk
1 1/2 c Grated cheese

2 c Boiled ham; diced

3 Hard boiled eggs
1/4 c Bread crumbs

1 tb Butter

Make a white sauce of butter, flour and milk. Add cheese and stir until
melted. Slice hard boiled eggs and add ham and eggs. Pour in a buttered
baking dish, cover with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake until browned,

375 degrees.
