Recipe: Garlic and Rosemary Potatoes





For 5 Persons

2 lb Red potatoes -- cut in half

1 tb Rosemary

1 ts Salt

2 Cloves garlic -- chopped

Preheat oven at 400. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle
potatoes with rosemary, salt, and garlic. Mix well. Bake for 20 to 30
minutes.
