Recipe: Garlic and Oil Pasta Sauce





For 4 Persons

1/4 c Olive oil
15 lg Garlic cloves; chopped
1/4 ts Hot red pepper flakes
1/2 c Parsley, fresh; finely

-chopped

Salt

Pepper, black
1/4 c Parmesan; grated

Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, pepper flakes, and parsley and cook until
garlic is tender, about 4 mins. Stir in salt and pepper and toss with hot
pasta in a serving bowl. Mix in cheese, if used.

Recommended pasta: 3/4 pound spaghetti or spaghettini
