Recipe: Garlic and Cheese Toast (Parmesan Aioli)

1 c Light mayonnaise
2 md Cloves garlic, peeled,
-forced through a press
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
16 Slices ( 1/4-inch thick)
-French or Italian bread
1. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic and Parmesan.
2. Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast on one side under a hot
broiler.
3. Turn and spread the garlic mayonnaise on the toast and broil until
golden and bubbly.
Nutrition information per slice: 156 calories, 4 g protein, 6 g fat (2 g
saturated), 19 g carbohydrate, 345 mg sodium, 1 mg cholesterol.
