Recipe: Garden Vegetable Soup





For 4 Persons

2/3 c Carrot, Sliced
1/2 c Onion, Diced

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

3 c Broth
1 1/2 c Cabbage, Chopped
1/2 c Green Beans

1 tb Tomato Paste

In a large saucepan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute carrot,
onion and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add broth,
cabbage, beans and seasoning; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer,
covered, about 15 minutes or until beans are tender.

NOTES : Each serving provides: 1FR/V
