Recipe: Garden Cottage Cheese

1/4 c Radishes chopped
1/4 c Cucumber chopped and seeded
1/4 c Green onions chopped
1/4 c Carrots finely chopped
1/4 c Green pepper chopped
1/4 c Red pepper chopped

To 1 percent milkfat cottage cheese add above ingredients.

We use 1 percent milkfat cottage cheese because it's not as creamy and the
veggies don't get soggy. We also mix it with a spice called Jane's Crazy
Salt. Just mix everything into the cottage cheese and enjoy. Posted to TNT
