Recipe: Garam Masala

1 tb Cumin seed

2 ts Black peppercorns
3/4 ts Cardamom; ground

7 Whole cloves

1 1 1/2-inch stick cinnamon

1 ts Ground coriander

Place all the ingredients in a spice or coffee grinder and process to a
powder.
