Recipe: Gang Ba Curry Paste





For 1 Persons

13 Dried red chili peppers,

-- soaked, seeded & chopped

2 tb Shallots -=OR=- red onion

1 tb Garlic, chopped

1 tb Galanga

3 tb Kaffir

1 tb Lemon rind, grated
1 1/2 tb Lemon grass, chopped

1 ts Ginger, chopped

Soak all dried ingredients until sufficiently soft.

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend to form a
smooth paste. It may be necessary to add a few drops of water to make the
paste smooth.
