For 1 Persons

2 c Water
2 c Sugar
1 oz Strega Extract; Available In
-Italian Delicatessen
1 Whole Vanilla Beans
1 qt 100 Proof Vodka; Or 80 Proof
1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil and thoroughly dissolve sugar. Cool.
2. Mix all together, let stand covered under the sink for about 90 days.
