Recipe: Fat-Free Cheesecake with Brownie Crust

1 Whole egg
2 Egg whites
24 oz Fat free cream cheese
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Sugar
---------------------------FAT FREE BROWNIE CRUST---------------------------
3/4 c Flour
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Applesauce
2 ts Chocolate extract
2 Egg whites
Mix all ingredients for cheesecake. Mix all ingredients for brownie crust.
Pour brownie crust in a cushion spring air pan. Bake for 45 -
50 minutes in 325 degrees oven.
