Recipe: Fat-Free Black Bean Dip

1 cn (16-oz) black beans;
-drained, divided
1/2 c Mild thick and chunky salsa
1 tb Lemon juice
1 Clove (large) garlic;
-crushed
1/4 c Chopped scallions

Reserve 1/2 cup beans. In electric blender or food processor, blend
remaining beans, salsa, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth. Stir in
scallions and reserved beans. Chill 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with
pita chips or baked tortilla chips.
