Recipe: Farfalle with Mixed Mushrooms and Nuts





For 2 Persons

200 g Farfalle
400 g Assorted mushrooms; *
1/2 ts Italian seasoning

1 tb Olive oil

Salt; to taste

Freshly ground black pepper;

-to taste

2 tb Coarsely chopped hazelnuts

* Use tasty mushrooms like shiitake, oesterzwammen, etc.

Cook the farfelle according to instructions.

Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add
the mushrooms and Italian herbs. Saute till mushrooms are soft. Add salt
and pepper to taste.

In a dry skillet, toast the hazelnuts till golden brown.

Drain the farfelle. Stir in the mushrooms and sprinkle with the toasted
nuts.

NOTES : Tasty and easy.
