Recipe: Fabulous Spinach Squares

1 c Milk
1 c Flour
3 Beaten eggs
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 cl Garlic
1 lb Pepper Jack cheese-shredded
20 oz Froz spinach, thaw, drain
1/4 c Butter
1 10 oz Can olives, black
1/4 Stick pepperoni
combine milk, flour, eggs, baking powder,and garlic. Mix well.Add cheese,
olives, pepperoni and spinach. Melt butter in the bottom of 9 x 12 pan..
Pour mixture in to pan, pat down and into corners. Bake 350 degrees for 30
minutes, until edges are brown; cool completely and cut into 1"
