Recipe: Easy Chocolate Cake

2 2/3 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
2/3 c Cocoa powder
2 c White sugar
1 ts Salt
2 c Water
2 ts Vanilla
2/3 c Vegetable oil
2 ts White vinegar
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Add liquid. Mix well. Transfer to 13 X
9 X 2-inch pan. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
