Recipe: Easy Cheese Taco Soup





For 12 Persons

1 lb Ground chuck; browned &

-drained

3 cn (16 oz) stewed tomatoes
12 oz Fulkerson's Reserve Red Wine
16 oz Red kidney beans
16 oz White kidney beans
16 oz Pinto beans
16 oz Whole kernel corn

1 pk Taco mix

1 pk Hidden Valley party mix

1 cn (small) chopped chilies

1 c Salsa

Red pepper sauce; to taste
12 oz Heluva Good taco Blend;

-shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together and simmer 2 - 3 hours. After
simmering, add sheese. Serve soup with more cheese on top, if desired, and
tortilla chips.
