Recipe: Easy Cheddar Mustard Beer Dip
For 8 Persons

12 oz Pasteurized processed
-cheddar cheese sprea, cubed
4 oz Cream cheese, cubed
2/3 c Beer
1/2 c Grey Poupon Mustard
1/3 c Green onions, chopped
Chopped red bell pepper,
-garnish
Pretzel chips, breadsticks
-or bagel chips, for dipping
In medium saucepan, over low heat, heat cheese spread and cream cheese
until melted and smooth. Slowly blend in beer and mustard. Stir in green
onions. Pour into serving bowl; garnish with chopped bell pepper. Serve
with pretzel chips, breadsticks or bagel chips.
