Recipe: Easy Black Bean Chili

1 cn Black beans; (Progresso is

-good), partially drained

Canned chopped tomatoes;

-(add to taste)
1 1/2 tb Chili powder
1/4 ts Cayenne; (more if you like

-it spicy)

3 tb Chopped onion; (use dried

-minced onion to save time)
1/4 ts Garlic powder

This is a chili that I make for myself when I'm starved and have no time.
It's also low-fat and really easy!

Mix all ingredients, cook for about 15 minutes or so, until the flavors
blend. Top with shredded cheddar.
