Recipe: Easter Egg Sandwiches

6 Hard-cooked eggs; peeled and
-chopped
1/2 c Finely chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped green pepper;
-(optional)
2 tb Finely chopped green onion
1/3 c Mayonnaise
1/4 ts Salt
A dash of pepper
Utensils: small bowl, measuring spoons and cups, spoon or fork for mixing,
serrated knife
Mix all ingredients and spread on bread; makes 6 sandwiches.
