Recipe: Dak's Banana-Nut Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)
For 12 Persons

1 pk Yeast
3 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Salt
3 tb Maple syrup
1 ts Maple extract (optional)
1/2 c Pecans
1 md Ripe banana, sliced
(about 1 1/2 cups)
1 c Warm water
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat"
and push "start."
