Recipe: Dairy Free Biscuit Mix





For 1 Persons

4 c Flour

1 ts Salt
1/2 c Vegebable oil
1/2 c Solait*

3 tb Baking powder

Mix flour, solait, salt and baking powder together in blender or food
processor. Mix well, then blend in the oil. Empty into covered container,
and store in fridge until needed

NOTES : * Solait is a powdered soy milk that you can find at the health
food stores.
