Recipe: Cajun Bread-Abm





For 12 Persons

----------------------------1-LB LOAF - 8 SLICES----------------------------
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Onion; Chopped
1/4 c Green Bell Pepper; Chopped

1 Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped

2 ts Margarine Or Butter;

-Softened

2 c Bread Flour

1 tb Sugar

1 ts Creole Or Cajun Seasoning
3/4 ts Salt

1 ts Bread Machine Yeast

-------------------------1 1/2 LB LOAF - 12 SLICES-------------------------
3/4 c Water
1/3 c Onion; Chopped
1/3 c Green Bell Pepper; Chopped

1 Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped

1 tb Margarine Or Butter;

-Softened

3 c Bread Flour

2 tb Sugar

2 ts Cajun Or Creole Seasoning
1 1/4 ts Salt
1 3/4 ts Bread Machine Yeast

Make 1 1/2 lb. recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour; or make 1
lb recipe for bread machines that use 2 c flour.

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium
or Light Crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan
and cool on wire rack.
