Recipe: Cafe Vienna Mix
For 36 Persons

1/2 c Instant coffee
2/3 c Sugar
2/3 c Nonfat dry milk or creamer
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Stir ingredients together. Process in a blender until powdered. Use 2
teaspoons to one cup of hot water. Makes about 1 1/2 cups mix. (optional:
It should yield about 20 cups of coffee. Put 2 rounded teaspoons in your
favorite coffee cup and fill with boiling water.) NOTES
: Check on servings.
