Recipe: Cafe Mocha Mix
For 8 Persons

1 1/2 c Instant espresso coffee
-granules
1/4 c Cocoa; unsweetened
1/4 c Coffee creamer; powdered
6 tb Confectioner's sugar
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Store in an airtight
container.
To serve, combine 1 to 2 tablespoons mix with 3/4 cup boiling water.
NOTES : Makes 1 cup of mix, enough for 8 to 12 average servings.
