2 ts Red wine vinegar

4 ts Balsamic vinegar

2 tb Fresh lemon juice

1 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Cayenne/hot sauce (optional)

2 ts Soy sauce/tamari
1/2 c Hot water

2 ts Chicken-flavoured broth

-powder
1/4 ts Veggie-flavoured broth

-powder
1/8 ts Salt; or salt-free seasoning

Fresh cracked pepper
1/4 c Nutritional yeast

Mix, bottle and keep refrigerated.
