Recipe: Caesar Vegetable Medley

2 tb Olive or vegetable oil

2 pk (16 ounces each) frozen

-cauliflower; carrots and

-snow pea pods

1 Envelope; (1.2 ounces)

-Caesar salad dressing mix

1. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add
vegetables and dressing mix.

2. Cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are
crisp-tender.

1 Serving: 90 calories (45 calories from fat); 5 g fat (1 g saturated); 0
mg cholesterol; 450 mg sodium; 11 g carbohydrate (4 g dietary fiber); 4 g
protein.
