Recipe: Cabbage-Sausage-Beef Goulash
For 10 Persons

1 lb Pork sausage
1 lb Ground beef
1 Onion -- chopped
28 oz Chopped tomatoes
6 oz Tomato paste
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Chili powder
1 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
10 c Shredded cabbage
* The spiciness of the pork depends upon your taste. Experiment with a
mixture of mild and hot.
In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain well. Add remaining
ingredients except cabbage, mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 20-25
minutes or until cabbage is tender.
